Project Coordinator - Noa - Hr230 - Beirut

1. Liaise the activities within Ministry of Public Health 2. Contribute to the Program Steering Committee (SC) and Technical Committee (TC) and help to coordinate, plan, implement and monitor various components of the project as described in the proposal. Also act as a Secretary for The Program SC and TC 3.Ensure that project Work Plans are developed and adhered to each component of the project (Primary Health Care, Communicable Diseases and Conflict reduction). 4.Developing and sharing timelines and schedules for completion of milestones and deliverables for each active and proposed component. Collect ideas and potential deliverables for the future. 5. Track deliverable completion, deriving deliverables, deadlines for each active contract. 6. Raise to management any concern, timeline slips, and probability of missed deadlines and follow up. 7. Help with managing people’s schedules, work load, and keeping various people or teams in communication with one another. 8. Compile and help to write the periodic progress reports required for contracts, and prepare related presentations for SC meetings. 9. Build, develop, and grow partnerships, including with the conflict reduction expert, which is vital to the overall success of the project in meeting its conflict reduction objective. 10.Coordinate closely with the TC on the progress of activities.

1. Master degree in Public health or relevant social science, project management (medical background is an asset).
2. Minimum 5 years job experience of previous work experience relevant to the function.
3. Excellent communication, written and oral skills in English and Arabic.
4. Computer skills
5. Very good knowledge of local institutions and the national health system is essential.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
