Pre-School Educator, English Educated, (Kg2)

The Tahaddi Education Center (TEC) provides educational opportunities for at-risk, out of school children in Beirut (behind the Sport City). We are currently looking for a full time Educator for KG 2 level, English educated with a BA in Early Education or a Technical training in Pre-School education( KG1 and 2) In addition to the KG class, the educator will also be involved in other activities such as tutoring children of the community. Tahaddi is a faith-based organization. The candidate must be in alignment with Tahaddi core values of: justice for all, professionalism, integrity and empowerment. He or She must be committed to serve deprived children with compassion and respect. Full-time position are on the basis 40 hours of work per week (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm)   Primary Responsibilities: Manage and educate groups of children aged 4 and 5, according to the TEC requirements, using exciting methods and instructional materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests. Plan, prepare, animate, lead and mediate in a creative way. Show self motivation, enthusiasm and creativity. Work effectively with team members.
