Beneficiary Data Manager

Set up data collection and analysis systems; Support in using MEHE data base for the selection and identification of the beneficiaries for the project activities; Develop implementation plans aligned to MEHE standards (ICT strategy and Master Plan) to monitor database performance; Consult with managers and end-users concerning the outline of data requirements; Assist in preparing data collection tools to facilitate beneficiary data entry; Perform when needed data entry and review data entered by other parties; Execute complex queries for analysis and reporting; Other related requested task.   Qualifications: The consultant should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field of study; and should demonstrate the following experience: At-least 5 years’ experience in managing data base systems Proven ability in set up beneficiary data collection and analysis systems Fluency in English, both verbal and written as well as fluency in Arabic is required.  Knowledge of French preferred.
