Scope of responsibility:
Under the responsibility of the Paramedical Team Supervisor
Organize an efficient patients’ flow in the waiting area and outside the consultation rooms
Guide patients from waiting area to triage/consultation rooms and from consultation rooms to the pharmacy, following patients’ circuit in the clinic
Ensure that patients receive adequate answers to their questions.
