1. Assist with creating, organizing and maintaining physical files;
2. Assist with archiving of files, including classification and appropriate storage;
3. Assist with accurate recording, logging and tracking of files
4.Ensure timely and efficient circulation of physical files and other correspondence between reception/registration/RSD/RST and other functional units;
5. Perform periodic inspections of files in order to ensure correct placement, legibility, and proper condition;
6. Perform limited additional responsibilities in the absence of the Filing Manager
7. Upon need, answer questions about records and files;
8. Any other clerical or administrative duty as may be required.
