Engineer Field Officer

: Evaluation needs for specific activity. -          Evaluate material needs for specific work. -          Evaluate quantity of water storage capacity, water treatment needed. -          Evaluate the feasibility of water treatment and water installation system according to the context and technical constraint. -          Evaluate the needed work force for a specific work. -          Identify problems and corresponding solutions.   Objective 2: Supervision of water related activities and mobilising of community. -          Mobilise the community to help in specific work. -          Give technical advice during implementation and during the all activity process. -          Ensure the work is properly done and the material use wisely. -          Supervise water related activities.   Objective 3: Reporting. -          Regular reporting to Head  of Project Assistant   Objective 4: Other water and sanitation -          Conduct household assessment. -          Distribution of water and sanitation items -          Give technical support to other field officers   Objective 5: Others -          Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule -          Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goal This job description is not exhaustive and may be changed or amended by the Head of Project when necessary, according to the base needs.
