RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS DESCRIPTION Under the direct responsibility of the disability and vulnerability focal point (DVFP) Programme Manager & Database Officer, in close collaboration with DVFP team, you will have to : Ensure the global quality of the data entry and      reporting : Enter the data collected by the field team in the      database on electronic version: Ensure quality of the data entered: Ensure all data entered are correct Cross check with paper versions Ensure consolidation of database Participate in the field teams’ training about the data      collection on the field     Ensuring the global quality of the data entry and      reporting Ensuring       adaptation of the database according to the project’s needs, in      close collaboration with DVFP PM Reporting to the DVFP PM about your work Arranging files Ensuring confidentiality of the data management     Ensure adaptation of the database according to the      project’s needs, in close collaboration with DVFP PM: Report any discrepancies to DVFP PM between the      database and the documents used by the team on the field Propose improvements to DVFP PM of the database and      documents used by the team on the field and ensure the adaption of these      documents  as needed   Regularly report to the your line manager about your      work Daily report on quantity of data entered Daily report of issues encountered Extract data upon DVFP PM request   Arrange files Keep clear files in need to be entered in database Range all files in proper place   Ensure confidentiality of the data management: Respect the total confidentiality of the data collected      and entered Ensure to never speak about data out of the DVFP      project Ensure security of the database and files     THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS  KNOWLEDGE Knowledge on social assistance, vulnerability and disabity is an asset Microsoft Office 2007 and above   SKILLS  Excellent computer skills Excellent Excel commands Data entry skills Typing skills Good communication and listening skills Common sense Proactive   PERSONAL QUALITIES  Adaptation to specific working conditions Capacity to work in team and autonomously Capacity to work in an multidisciplinary and      multicultural team Dynamism, high level of motivation Flexibility and availability Interest for psychosocial work and field work Willingness to learn new skills and/or approaches Good capacity to interact with members of the team and      different communities   Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.   TIME SCHEDULE Monday till Friday from 8:00 A.M till 5:00 P.M one hour Lunch Break The working days could change in the future to fulfill 48 Hours/ week according to the Lebanese Law.
