Public Relations Officer

Skills needed: - Proven leadership skills and team oriented personality. - Very Good communication and writing skills. - Ability to work with people from different backgrounds. - Charismatic personality and presentable. - Open, accessible and creative personality. - Respond to ideas of others.    Duties: - Promote the Foundation programs and activities within the Foundation staff and families and vis a vis external bodies (i.e. NGOs, CBOs, schools, universities) and beneficiaries. - Promotion is done through presentations, gatherings, and distribution of printed material. - Coordinate relationships with media which includes:    • Arranging and monitoring media interviews.    • Writing press releases and related press materials.    • Organizing press conferences.    • Answering media inquiries and requests.    • Negotiate offers with media and advertising agencies.    • Prepare ads for Foundation programs in coordination      with related program manager and in accordance with      standardized Foundation policy.    • Follow–up on special media issues. -  Prepare documentaries and presentations about the Foundation.
