Expert Trainers For Leadership Development Program In D-Rasati Ii

AMIDEAST is seeking expert trainers on a consulting basis able to perform the following: Participate in a three‐day Training of Trainers workshop on LDP objectives and modules. Conduct training for public school principals, on Fridays and Saturdays, for 12 consecutive weeks in each year of the project timeline as part of the “interactive training phase” of LDP. Provide online support to principals during the implementation of their self‐learning modules. Serve as a regional coordinator to support, coach and mentor a group of coaches, who will conduct follow-up and support visits to schools in which trainee principals are working Liaise regularly with Lebanese University Coordination Committee for pedagogical coordination, and for technical issues involving training, coaching, training material, and other key issues related to school principals and coaches throughout project implementation. Participate in focus groups with LDP2 team to evaluate the work progress Assess the coaches’ work, using protocols developed by D‐RASATI, and provide feedback to the LDP2 team on the implementation phases. Participate at the end of project meeting with all parties involved, in order to discuss the positive outcomes and reflect on the problems and difficulties faced during the implementation.
