Database Operator (7)

General objective of the position: Under the line management of the Analysis and reporting officer, the database operators will ensure a quality data encoding of the Multi Sectorial Assessment. Tasks and responsibilities: Data entry and reporting Enter the data collected by the field team in the database on electronic version: Ensure quality of the data entered: Database improvement Suggest adaptations of the database according to the project’s needs, in close collaboration with the ARO Ensure the implementation of these improvements/changes if validated by ARO Report any discrepancies to the Database officer and the project manager between the database and the documents used by the teams on the field Reporting Report on a daily basis on quantity of data entered Report on a daily basis on issues encountered Extract data upon Analysis & Reporting officer request Ensure proper filing : Keep clear files in need to be entered in database Organize and archive in proper place and according to a clear logic
