Field Data Responsible

Within the framework of the initiatives promoted in the Palestinian camps and surrounding areas in Tyre, Saida and Tripoli in support of people affected by the Syrian crisis and funded by ECHO, TdH-It is looking for a Field Data Responsible to join our team in order to ensure adequate implementation of the programme. Main duties and responsibilities: Manage the logistics to procure, store and distribute stocks, supplies and services for timely delivery of project objectives; To ensure monitoring of project implementation in accordance with the Logical Framework; To ensure data collection and sources of verification; To program regular visits to the activities to ensure the compliance of the field documentation with the project procedures; To organize and carry out needs and vulnerability based assessments; Timely identify, inform and discuss any implementation constrain with the Project Manager; To work closely and effectively with TDH-It Lebanon staff; Liaise  and coordinate with national and international stakeholders, NGOs, local communities and municipalities; Monitor the  correct use of the monitoring tools at field level; Assist in  the centralization of the data; Support TdH It admin staff in filing and cross checking the administrative documents (internal auditing). Qualifications, experience and competencies:  At least 2 years of experience working in a distribution programming in the region; Knowledge in planning, monitoring and evaluation including developing tools and supporting local partners; Good  writing skills; Capacity to work in team and flexibility to take on new tasks; Strong social and communication skills; Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds; Fluency in English and Arabic. Driving license required Conditions Full time job of 40 hours per week, distributed in five days according the needs of the program. Local contract.
