Data Processing Specialist

To support the implementation of a new medical database in all our project locations in Lebanon (Beirut, Tripoli, the Bekaa Valley and Saida), MSF Switzerland is looking for a data processing specialist, in charge of supporting the implementation phase in Lebanon with our medical team, report bugs to our HQ in Geneva and follow the implementation on the first months.   Ensure availability of relevant, accurate and complete data in regular timely basis. Assist project team members with their data collection tools and further processes of compilation, reporting and analysis of information. Follow the activities of Data Entry Operator in our projects and give technical support to Registration Clerks and Other Data Filling Staff in our projects. Establish Standard Operating Procedures in Data Management according to the dynamics and necessities of the project. Design protocols, define activities and perform follow up assessments in order to assure an efficient data flow process Guarantee the confidentiality of all medical information and ensure its safety through a proper data backup system. Participate in operational researches, surveys, analysis, etc. planned for the project. Provide assistance and support in all data related activities in the project upon request.
