The incumbent is responsible to support recruitment and retention of Facilitators to map collective centers and shelters in Baalbeck, West Beqaa, and Zahle in coordination with other humanitarian actors; Support the recruitment and retention of Syrian Outreach Workers to assess the needs of families living in identified shelters and relay information about voucher distribution; Develop and maintain voucher tracking system to create an accurate database of household assessed and assisted; Coordinate redemption of vouchers with vendor(s) and Mercy Corps’ office to ensure all vouchers are utilized and vendor(s) receive appropriate payment; Conduct monitoring visits to beneficiaries to confirm if winter clothing was received and good quality; Report on gaps and additional winterization needs within the target area; Finalize mapping of tented settlement and collocation. Ensure all activities are gender sensitive and follow Mercy Corps’ Gender Equity Policy; Apply Do No Harm standards to ensure activities do not have detrimental affects on vulnerable communities; Contribute to monthly reports and other ad hoc reports to meet donor and internal requirements; Participate in internal office coordination and planning meetings and workshops.
