  Strong interest in the needs and development of children Professional support to the overall development of the SOS village and creating a stimulating learning environment for the children Promoting SOS organisation's mission and values Within the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, leading advocacy work on child's protection and doing necessary research work Elaborating and synchronising strategies and programs relating to the recruitment, evaluation and on-going development of SOS Mothers and SOS Aunts Coordinating with the National Director and the SOS Village Director to offer adequate pedagogical support according to the needs of each SOS mother Organizing SOS Mother Training Program to ensure that SOS mothers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for the care and development of their children Be responsible of the agreement between SOS organisation and the Ministry of Social Affairs Committed to do pedagogical research
