Outreach Health Assistant - Tripoli

Conduct weekly visits for IMC supported PHC clinic, for supervision, monitoring, data collection, feedback. Act as a team leader in the mobile medical units conducted in Akkar area. Provide medical donations of pharmaceutical supplies and medical equipments based on needs. Monitor and supervise the clinic, needs and feedback, and provide weekly report and update to the SHO. Provide proper documentation and reporting of the activities implemented. Manage and handle the financial payment for Health staff at the respective clinics and Mobile teams, and service providers with proper processing of all needed documents according to IMC financial regulations.   Manage and handle all the supplies and pharmaceutical donations to the designated health facilities with proper handling and process of all relevant documentation according to the IMC logistic regulation.   Ensure availability of weekly consumption reports from clinics on all medications donated   Send on a weekly basis situation report presenting no of beneficiaries and main challenges and achievements.   Monitor the data entry on the health information system for the clinics and ensure proper reporting for the  mobile units using IMC health department applied template    Conduct assessment upon need and request for any future projects.   Coordinate, liaise and work with all IMC Lebanon departments including logistics, finance, and psychosocial. Report to Area manager on weekly basis on all health activities. Collect health data and demographic information of the targeted beneficiaries during the house to house visits conducted through the home visits. Work as a case manager in dealing with cases referred from other NGOs by following up the cases and ensure proper treatment for them.
