Assist in assessment, design and development of CARE distribution programs in line with CARE agreements, policies and standards.
Represent CARE in distribution meetings pertaining to emergency and post crisis issues.
Liaise with UN, NGOs, local authorities and other counterparts to develop and undertake common initiatives in distribution programs.
Responsible for identifying problems in distribution project/programme implementation and propose solutions to the Emergency Response & Post Crisis Officer.
Assist in the development and preparation of assessment missions and activities in close coordination with the UN, NGOs and donors.
Coordinate with the CARE relevant colleagues on all procurement and distribution of materials relevant to program activities especially NFIs in both Beirut and CARE field offices.
