Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: - Set strategic monthly and weekly work plans along with the Project Director and the working team. - Supervise, coordinate and report the progress of project activities to the Project Director. - Responsible for arrangements, coordinating, planning, marketing, and evaluation for project activities. - Produce weekly/daily progress report on the project activities and contract status. - Assess the project, set priorities, and propose to the Project Director, modifications or corrective measures for the project that fit with the needs. - Provide overall management support for the project with the working team: human resources, financial management, service contracts, procurement, monitoring and evaluation. - Recruit the required staff for implementation of the project. - Advise and supervise volunteer committees implementing project activities. - Supervise and monitor performance to ensure that the projects are implemented according to the expected results and terms of contracts. - Coordinate and supervise project activities and events, such as workshops, awareness sessions, leadership development programs, and focus groups dealing with specific programs or issues. Qualifications: Must show interest in social work, community-level affairs and NGOs; Monitoring & Evaluation; Team Management; Time Management; Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution; Multi Tasking; Reporting; Communication Skills; Fluent in English; Commitment to achieving desired end-results and work under pressure; Experience in implementing programs that focus on women and youth empowerment and citizenship.
