Shelter Field Officer

Functions Manage, supervise and provide technical guidance on minor shelter rehabilitation as per program guidelines; Negotiate approval from private landowners to conduct rehabilitation works and ensure agreement is drafted and signed before rehabilitation is done; Maintain proper records and provide daily and weekly report to supervisor; Coordinate assembly of kits of basic construction materials to be distributed and ensure compliance with logistics/stock management procedures; Liaise with logistics department for transport of construction materials; Do regular monitoring of the project to ensure contractors/landlords complete works as per project requirements to beneficiaries and that works meets quality standards;
