Youth Mobilizer

Terre des hommes Foundation (Lausanne) is implementing a project entitled “Protection of extremely vulnerable Palestinian children in Lebanon”. The project is in need of one youth mobiliser who will work in Palestinian camps and gatherings in the area of Tyre. The youth mobiliser will sign and adhere to Tdh’s Child protection policy. - Leads and assumes ownership with the development, coordination and delivery of youth micro-project activities and outcomes in the project locations. - Identifies, trains, builds the knowledge of youth groups on project development and sustainable micro-project outcomes, with particular focus on external resources - Ensures that ‘child participation’ is the central theme of youth micro-projects. - Ensures the linkage and utilization of all project activities and resources to the youth micro-project activities - Promotes, facilitates, coaches and when necessary delivers training to child protection resources - Assists in the coordination and delivery of community child protection awareness raising events
