Field Officer

Main tasks and responsibilities: •    Oversee and support TdH-It field staff in the planning and provision of the project activities;•    Liaise  and coordinate with Municipalities and other project partner;•    Organize the transportation service in coordination with the transportation companies, defining   the meeting points, supervise the security;•    Ensure monitoring of project implementation in accordance with the Logical Framework;•    Ensure data collection and sources of verification;•    Program regular visits to the activities to ensure the quality of the project supporting in the process of monitoring and evaluation;•    Contribute to prepare relevant documents (including brochures, information notes, information board updates) for target communities.•    Assist with preparation of outreach work and materials in the field.•    Be the focal person for the field team and the Local Authorities concerning security, procurement and logistic issues;•    Timely identify, inform and discuss any issues with the Project Manager;•    Work closely and effectively with TDH-It Lebanon staff;•    Represent TDH-It in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate; Experience required•    At least 3 years of work experience.•    Experience in emergency project will be an asset•    Abilities in conducting assessments.•    Experience in collecting information and writing reports•    Experience in community sensitization/mobilization•    Ability to work under pressure•    Ability to lead and motivate a Team•    Flexibility•    Strong communication (fluency in Arabic and English necessary) and organizational skills.•     Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•    Availability to join the position by September
