KEY POSITION INFORMATION Job Title Project Coordinator Reports To Project manager Location Women in Front office- Dbaye   Main Tasks and Responsibilities   1 Assists the project manager in the development of the project reports and the reporting to the donor   2 Conduct the different types of activities as the per the implementation plan   3 Coordinate & Follow-up on all ongoing projects   4 Plan & schedule project timelines and execution strategies   5 Handle all  tasks  related to monitoring and evaluation of the project     6 Attend all meetings and events related to the project   7 Assist the project manager in other additional tasks that may rise during the field work   8 Implement WIF social media strategy   9 Identify new international and regional sources of funding   Qualifications Education University degree in political science, social science field, communication or another field related to the job Essential Knowledge & Skills Strong experience in project implementation, logistics, reports writing, assessments, data collection and social media Essential Strong communication skills both oral and written and excellent knowledge of English and Arabic, French is a plus Essential Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the development field Preferred Experience working with various stakeholders Essential  Work Environment The Project Coordinator will spend %100 of his/her time on the project Contract 12 Months contract
