Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization created by doctors and journalists in 1971. Today, MSF provides independent, impartial assistance in more than 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. MSF in Lebanon currently has 3 projects mainly on primary health care and mental health, in Saida, Tripoli and the Bekaa valley.   -Scope of responsibility: Ensure nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients and/or a population in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions, MSF protocols, respect of universal hygiene standards  Ensure supervision of a team in absence of the HoNA -Function responsibilities include:   Hygiene standards, Lack of autonomy compensation, Treatment and care, Patient surveillance Patient therapeutic education (PTE), Participation to the project monitoring (MSF is an association)
