Summary: The driver must have their own vehicle and is responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle in his possession to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness when the vehicle is in use for HA. The Driver is responsible for safe transport of staff and international visitors to and from meetings and field locations in Beirut and throughout Lebanon. The driver must be based in Beirut.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive HA vehicles safely
Transport mail/items with due care
Prepare monthly driver report
Transport local and international staff
Communicate with supervisor regarding all trips
Maintain high level of confidentiality
Familiar with all Lebanese roads and alternate routes
Remains calm should the situation become dangerous
May serve as an English/Arabic translator for non-Arabic speaking staff
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Driver must: drive safely, carefully and defensively, following traffic rules and regulation; transport all HA staff and visitors safely and on time; clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles regularly and replenish fuel, oil and lubricants upon need; ensure that the vehicle has proper tools in case of roadside problem.

Education and/or Experience: Good driving skills and confidence on the roads. Must possess a valid driving license at all times and ensure that the license is renewed when necessary
Language Skills: Must have written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic or French.
Communication Skills: Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions and feedback.
