Paramedical Team Supervisor

In a purpose of quality and continuity of care, in its service of affectation, he/she is responsible of planning, organisation and evaluation of activities Ensure the daily management of the nursing, hygiene human resources spreaded in 4 clinics in Tripoli Towards patients        •           First foremost, the team supervisor is a nurse, thus is able to ensure the function of nurse and to help when there is a need for it in the clinic •           Plan the need in activities, coordinate and ensure a good course of those activities in accordance with hygiene standards, evaluate these activities •           Ensure a proper triage is done by the nurse helpers •           Ensure or coordinate all administrative tasks related to patients (registration, triage…etc)   Human resources management         •           Supervision of the social workers, the nurse helpers and the cleaners •           Daily management of his/her team: week’s schedule, annual leave, absences, evaluations, problem solving and conflict resolution among the team •           Organization of the work of the cleaners in collaboration with the logistic department (especially ordering cleaning equipments) •           Define needs for training and ensure staff training, under the supervision of the hierarchical referent   Medical equipment management      •           Supervise and/or carry out efficiently the medical (used by the nurse helpers) and non medical equipments (used by cleaners) management •           Report immediately to the technical referent any damage or loss of equipments   Monitoring, analysis and reporting   •           Participate in the development of the plan of action •           Actively monitor and report medical activities (correctly fill in patient files, forms, statistics, reports) and participate in analysing these statistics •           Provide the Data entry operator with the properly filled data tools filled by the nurse helpers •           Report immediately to the technical referent any problem arising in the service, especially the loss/ robbery/damage of medical equipment or medicines
