Youth Coordinator

1. Work in the prevention department under the supervision of the prevention coordinator 2. Design and implement drug prevention initiatives in schools, universities and communities 3. Develop and revise prevention educational material 4. Assist in Skouns Peer to Peer training workshops 5. Follow up with peer educators on planning, designing and implementing drug awareness initiatives 6. Conducting interactive awareness sessions and workshops with students in schools and universities as well as communities 7. Conduct focus groups with students youth and at risk populations on drug use trends and behaviors 8. Research effective and innovative prevention interventions 9. Manage and implement youth related initiatives related to health and positive development 10. Evaluate drug prevention initiatives conducted by department 11. Assist in administrative tasks related to prevention work
