I- Function responsibilities: Mental health activities: With a strong sense of neutrality and confidentiality Evaluate the psychological needs of the patient Diagnose any psychiatric or psychological disorder Define the best response (treatment and strategy) to answer these psychological needs Refer patients to a medical doctor  (preferably a psychiatrist) if chemotherapy is needed Carry out psychological care (psychological support or psychotherapy) according to MSF protocols (they will be published soon) Coordination and training: Coordinate a mental health project or mental aspects of a project Increase awarness and traine health structures staff to the “triage” and reference of patients to the relevant health professional when necessary Monitoring, analysis and reporting: Participate in the development of the plan of action Actively monitor and report mental health activities (correctly fill registers, statistics and produce reports). Propose analyse of these statistics. Report immediately all important information linked to the clinical psychologist activities that should be communicate to the hierarchy
