Training And Development Officer

Terre des hommes Foundation (Lausanne) is implementing projects of child protection in the areas of Tyre and Saida. Tdh needs a training and development officer for its training department. The T&D officer will sign and adhere to Tdh’s Child protection policy.  The T&D officer will: - provide resources, training, and technical assistance to Tdh staff to enhance the use of best practices. - develop and deliver training to external actors when requested on child protection, GBV, case management, child development, child participation and recreational activities - participate in the development of the training manual - participate in assessment and evaluations as needed - learn and seek out new resources to share with partners and colleagues. - collaborate with external consultants and local community services  Requirements: in-depth understanding of child protection,  a psychological academic background with at least 5 years of experience. Flexibility and close attention to details. Effective oral and written communication skills, computer literate and comfortable to work with various ethnics groups and nationalities inside and outside the organization. Valid driving license since at least one year
