Part Time Educator In Computer, 3 Days Per Week

The Tahaddi Education Center (TEC) provides educational opportunities for at-risk, out of school children in Beirut (behind the Sportive City). We are currently looking for a part time educator able to give in Computer lessons to children and adults. Tahaddi is a faith-based organization. The candidate must be in alignment with Tahaddi core values of: justice for all, professionalism, integrity and be committed to serve deprived children with compassion and respect. The part-time position is based on 3 days per week from  8.00 to 4.00 Position Aim: Help and support unschooled and /or deprived children and young adults to become a valuable part of society through holistic education initiatives.   Primary Responsibilities: Manage and educate groups of children aged 5 to 14 according to the TEC requirements, using exciting methods and instructional materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests. Plan, prepare, animate, lead and mediate in a creative way. Show self-motivation, enthusiasm and creativity. Work effectively with team members. Organize computer sessions with the young adults of the community.
