In the frame of the activities of the project “Multi-Sector Assistance to Populations Affected by the Syrian Crisis in Neighbouring Countries (Lebanon component) under the overall supervision of the Head of the IOM Mission in Lebanon, the supervision of the Psychosocial Program Manager, and the direct supervision of the psychosocial program coordinator, the incumbent will:   a)      Conduct  non formal education sessions to displaced Syrian children and youth b)      Develop awareness messages related to health (psychosocial, hygine..) to be disseminated to the affected population c)      Provide psychosocial first aid to the affected population in case of sudden/on-going emergency d)     Identify cases that require intervention on the psychological level and refer them to the team’s psychologist. e)      Coordinate with the team members as to referring cases that need to be integrated within the psychosocial animation groups. f)       Report on the sessions conducted g)      Map the existing needs h)      any other duty as may be assigned
