Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be working under the direct supervision of the Mental Health Coordinator and in a close coordination with the Senior Psychosocial Officer as well as the MH field officers. S/he will be mainly responsible of gathering data, follow up on activities and reporting.   Main Responsibilities: -          Develop a list of indicators per project in a user friendly database to enable the fulfillment of reporting obligations to donors. -          Coordinate closely and on a daily basis with the field officers on all data collection, data entry and data analysis. -          Collates and analyzes data from national and field office locations, prepares donor reports based on formats / logframe, prepares trend analysis and contributes to weekly/monthly and annual reports preparation. -          Evaluate findings, list recommendations and prepare reports that are used to improve program performance and are effectively disseminated in the field. -          Prepare and submit all weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports in a timely manner. -          Prepare and submit success stories or any other type of documentation documenting the projects’ activities.   Required Qualifications: -          This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment. -          Bachelor Degree in social sciences, and psychology or any other related field. -          A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in reporting position preferably with Local and/or International NGOs. -          Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. -          Good command of SPSS, Excel and Microsoft Word preferred. -          Fluency in written and spoken Arabic & English is a must. -          Desire to learn, willingness to ask questions, cultural sensitivity, and flexibility are desired characteristics. -          Ability to work in multicultural environment adopting multidisciplinary approach to problem solving. -          Only national staff will be considered for this position. -          Have a valid Lebanese driver's license.
