Dawlaty is looking for Admin and Finance Assistant for six months  About Dawlaty: Dawlaty is a Syrian initiative aiming at promoting the participation and engagement in the state building process in Syria through the development of creative tools and capacity building.   Job Description: • Conduct the daily book-keeping • Check and verify financial documents such as contracts, quotations, invoices, and receipts • Ensure that occurring expenditures correspond to budget lines  • Follow-up and conduct payments on time • Comply with relevant reporting requirements • Assist with budget preparation • Assist with audits when required • Maintain a complete filing system to support financial records • Comply with relevant reporting requirements • Any other relevant tasks    Requirements: • Syrian nationality  • Resident in Beirut • Two years of related experience  • University degree in Finance or administration • Good skills in Excel    To apply: send your CV along with cover letter to: info@dawlaty.org
