Its objective is to bring about a global response to the basic needs of populations suffering from acute humanitarian crisis and to allow them to recover their autonomy and dignity. Today, PU-AMI is intervening in 19 countries in Africa, the Near East, Caucasus, Asia and the Caribbean to cover the needs of populations affected by conflict, natural disasters or economic crises. PU-AMI has been active in Lebanon since 2001 implementing emergency and recovery projects in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, in Shelter Rehabilitation and in Livelihood Recovery sectors.   PU-AMI is implementing two WASH projects for vulnerable Palestinian Refugees, Syrian Refugees and the most vulnerable host communities in Lebanon. The projects activities include supply of safe drinking water (filter distributions, installation of water tanks...), setting up of safe sanitation facilities (construction, rehabilitation) and promotion of hygiene awareness (hygiene promotion sessions, distribution of hygiene kits, and distribution of baby kits...).   الإغاثة الأولية - مساعدة طبية دولية هي منظمة إنسانية غير حكومية، لا سياسية، لا دينية ولا تبغى الربح المادي. هدفها الأساسي الإستجابة للاحتياجات الأساسية للسكان الذين يعانون من أزمات إنسانية حادة ومساعدتهم على إستعادة استقلالهم وكرامتهم. اليوم، تتدخل منظمتنا في 19 بلداً في أفريقيا والشرق الأدنى وآسيا والقوقاز ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي لتغطية احتياجات السكان المتضررين من النزاع أو الكوراث الطبيعية أو الأزمات الإقتصادية. تعمل المنظمة  في لبنان منذ عام 2001 وقد نفذت مشاريع الطوارئ و الإغاثة عن طريق تنفيذ مشاريع لترميم شبكات  الصرف الصحي والمياه والنظافة وإعادة تأهيل المنازل. بالإضافة لمشاريع تحسين سبل المعيشة.   تنفيذ الإغاثة الأولية مشروعين خاصّين بإمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي من أجل اللاجئيين الفلسطينين والسوريين. تضم نشاطات المشاريع تأمين مياه الشرب الصالحة (توزيع مصافي المياه، تركيب خزانات المياه...)، إنشاء مرافق صحية آمنة (البناء وإعادة التأهيل) وتعزيز الوعي الصّحي (دورات تعزيز النظافة، توزيع مجموعات من مستلزمات النظافة، توزيع مجموعات طفل ...)   General requirements المتطلبات العامة   Obligatory qualifications مؤهلات إلزامية Language skills: Fluent in Arabic (speaking/reading/writing)                               المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة العربية (محادثة / قراءة / كتابة) Education degree: Technical institute degree / Apprenticeship / Vocational training / On-the-job training درجة التعليم: شهادة تقنية / تدريب مهني / تدريب عملي Work experience: Proven experience in NGOs/private companies in Water Supply & Sanitation fields, Plumbing, Masonry, Civil works الخبرة العملية: خبرة سابقة مع منظمات غير حكومية أو مع شركات خاصة في مجال الصرف الصحي وإمدادات المياه، وفي السباكة، والبناء والأعمال المدنية Computer skills: N/A  مهارات الكمبيوتر: غير مرتبطة بالوظيفة Other: نقاط أخرى -          Intermediate knowledge in Water Supply & Sanitation infrastructures and/or construction works and/or plumbing works and/or masonry works and/or civil works -          خبرة متوسطة في البنية التحتيّة الخاصة  بالصرف الصحي وإمدادات المياه في السباكة، والبناء والأعمال المدنية -          Good knowledge of Beirut, Mount Lebanon and South Governorates, willing to travel a lot locally and valid driving license are obligatory -          معرفة جيدة في بيروت وجبل لبنان والمحافظات الجنوبية، إستعداد للتنقّل محلياً رخصة قيادة صالحة -          Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to manage relationship in potentially tense situations -          مهارات تواصل دبلوماسية ممتازة من أجل إدارة العلاقات خلال الأوضاع المتوترة أحياناً   Wished qualifications مؤهلات مُحبّذة Fluent in English (speaking/reading/writing) إجادة اللغة الإنكليزية (محادثة/قراءة/كتابة) Strong motivation to help people in need دافع قوي لمساعدة الأشخاص المحتاجين Well organized مُنظّم Conflict resolution and diplomacy experience خبرة في حلّ النزاعات والدبلوماسيّة Understanding of the political situation in the area فهم للوضع السياسي في المنطقة Ability to analyze and suggest improvement القدرة على تحليل وإقتراح التحسينات Ability to take initiative to deal with difficulties encountered in daily work القدرة على المبادرة للتعامل مع صعوبات العمل اليومي Ability to adapt or change priorities according to the changing situation within a mission or the organization itself القدرة على تغيير الأولويات بناءاً على المتغييرات في البعثة أو في المنظمة نفسها Autonomy, neutrality الإستقلالية والحياد Hard worker نشيط Able to manage stress and pressure قدرة على إدارة الضغط والتوتر   Objectives   Under the supervision of the Water Supply & Sanitation Supervisor, the Water Supply & Sanitation Field Officer is responsible for the qualitative, quantitative and timely implementation of the Water Supply & Sanitation activities and infrastructures. He/she directly implements the hardware activities (water supply, sanitation, plumbing, masonry) or with the help of beneficiaries, daily workers or contractors. تحت إشراف مشرف إمدادات المياه والصرف الصّحي، المراقب الميداني مسؤول عن التنفيذ النوعي والكمّي لنشاطات إمدادات المياه والصّرف الصحي والبنية التحتيّة. ينفذ مباشرة  الأنشطة (إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي والسباكة والبناء) أو مع مساعدة من المستفيدين والعاملين أو المقاولين.     Tasks & responsibilities المسؤوليات والمهام   Activities implementation تنفيذ النشاطات   Carry out the technical assessment, design and implementation of the Water Supply and Sanitation activities; تنفيذ التقييم والتصميم والتطبيق العملي لنشاطات إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي Respect the planning, design and required quality of the works (technical specifications, cost estimation and methodology); إحترام التخطيط والتصميم ونوعية العمل المطلوبة (المواصفات الفنية، وتقدير التكاليف والمنهجية) Carry out signature of formal contracts for the implementation of works with beneficiaries, owner and local authorities and explain clearly its terms to all the parties to ensure its well understand; الحصول على إمضاء المتسفيدين وأصحاب الملك والسلطات المحلّية على عقود رسمية خاصّة بتنفيذ الأعمال، إضافة إلى تفسير بنود العقود بوضوح Ensure that all measures have been taken and rules followed to ensure security on-site; إتخاذ كافة المعايير المطلوبة والقوانين من أجل ضمان السلامة في الموقع Share expertise and contribute to the improvement of activities through critics, analysis and suggestions; مشاركة المعرفة والمساهمة في تحسين النشاطات من خلال الإنتقاد والتحليل وتقديم الإقتراحات Support and participate in the other activities of the WASH team when required (distributions). المساعدة والمشاركة في سائر الأنشطة الخاصة بفريق إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي عند الحاجة (التوزيع)   Assessment, monitoring & evaluation of activities تقييم ومراقبة النشاطات                  Assess regularly the WASH situation and determine population needs; التقييم المُنتظم لوضع النشاطات وتحديد حاجات السكان Collect any relevant information from the communities and partners; تجميع المعلومات اللازمة من المجتمعات والشركاء Collect and monitor the results of the Water Supply & Sanitation activities. جمع ومراقبة نتائج النشاطات   Community mobilization حشد أفراد المجتمع Relation/negotiation with the community for the activities and free community participation; بناء علاقات جيدة ومفاوضات مع المجتمع المحلّي Check the contractors' interventions are achieved regarding the requirements of the contract; مراجعة تنفيذ تدخل المقاولين فيما بتعلق بمتطلبات العقد Supervise the community members; الإشراف على أفراد المجتمع المحلّي Manage and organize the community participation on-site. إدارة وتنظيم مشاركة المجتمع المحلي في الموقع   Logistic & administration اللوجستيات والإدارة Ensure the follow-up and the proper use of materials and tools used during on-site works; التأكد من حسن إستعمال المواد والمعدات المستخدمة خلال العمل Manage the supply of materials to the work site in collaboration with logistic department. إدارة تأمين المواد إلى موقع العمل بالتعاون مع قسم اللوجستيات   Reporting التقارير Collect all information and provide written/orally reports on the progress of Water Supply and Sanitation activities on a daily and weekly basis; تجميع كل المعلومات وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية شفهية وخطّية بخصوص النشاطات Report immediately any delay, problem or other relevant information to the Water Supply & Sanitation Supervisor; التبليغ فوراً عن أي تأخير أو مشكلة أو معلومة إلى المشرف Communicate with the other sectors to homogenize the methodology and the conditions of intervention. التواصل مع سائر القطاعات من أجل التجانس ما بين المنهجيّة وشروط التدخّل   Responsibilities and activities defined in this job description are not exhaustive and can evolve depending on the project needs.  المسؤوليات والنشاطات والمحددة في هذا المستند ليست حصرية وممكن أن تتطوّر بناءاً على حاجات المشروع   Please include the details of managers who can provide us with professional references for your last works.   نرجو إضافة المعلومات اللازمة من أجل الحصول على المراجع المهنية الخاصة بعملكم السابق.
