Restaurant Chain Manager

- Effectively manage the restaurants within the policies and guidlines of the company,ensuring 100% customer bsatisfaction at all times, - Controls day - to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurants team . - Ensure local health and safety, company saftey and security policy are met . - Control profit & loss, by following cash control / security proceduers, maintaining inventory managing labor, reviwing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions, - Recruites, interviews, and hiars team members, conducts preformance apprasials, take discipline actions, motevates and trains . - Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of preventative maintenance porogram . - Ensure Food quality . - Ensure complete and timly execution of corporate & local marketing porograms . - Ensure a safe working and customer experince environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team .  - Maintain adherence to processing schedules in order to maximize the utilizations of resources to staisfy processing requirements and demand . - Develop, coach and mentor Operations staff . - Plan, organize, monetor, schedule and control all activities of Cor Operations . - Collaborate with supply chain to determaine Processing commitments based on overall demand and sales forcast . - Drive overall process improvments to increase inventory turns, reduce cost, improve productyields, improve quility, and build safety awareness . - Support internal as well as external customer in all matters related to production and quality of products, - Experience to deal with customer and built a good relationship- Experience in rolling out restaurant and restaurant chains; - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a multi cultural environment - Problem solving ability
