Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.
Scope of responsibilities:
Carry out all the activities linked to the social field in order to ease the patient situation and to maximize its adherence.
Provide home visitis –upon request from the psychologist – for the patients followed by MSF mental health team
Orient MSF patients to the relevant support providers (INGOs, local NGOs)
Follow-up patients attending our PHC/ANC services and needing referals to secundary/tertiary health care and/or registrations towards UNHCR/UNWRA.
Report immediately to the direct manager any problem arising in the the implementation of relevant care in addition of statistics and analysis.
Participate in the development of the plan of action

Experience:
• 2 years post-graduate experience on a similar position
• Work experience with refugee population and/or in PHC is an asset
• Experience in Mental Health programs is an asset.
