“One Voice Can Change” project, aims to invest in the youths creativity and encourage them to use the power of media and new technologies to influence their peers and make valuable votes which count. The project is emphasizing the role of youths in advocating for positive change and lobbying for a just cause. They will contribute by increasing the public awareness and empowering youth voters to become aware of their choice and believe in the power of people in making a change and use the democratic process to participate in the coming elections.   General purpose Among the project’s activities, a 36 training sessions is organized to raise the awareness on Elections’ Integrity and the power of each vote to make a change and develop youth’s skills as facilitators especially in public speaking and leadership. The content of all training sessions will be organized in a Training Manual and in pamphlets to be distributed to the target groups. Researcher The researcher will gather the content of all training sessions and coordinate with trainers and project’s team to do the compilation of a 100 pages Training Manual that is relevant for the training program and the project.   Skills and Experience:   Strong social research, analytical and writing skills Strong command of statistical methods and tools Knowledge of the Lebanese context , and the process of Elections and Democracy Good experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research Excellent oral and written communication skills Written and spoken fluency in Arabic Written and spoken fluency in English Translation Skills
