University degree with at least 4 years of experience in humanitarian aid programs with local or international NGOs or aid agencies. University, Master and other technical studies in humanitarian aid context will be an asset. In the framework of 2013 Staffs Selection TdH-it is seeking to hire an Educative and child protection Expert in order to assist the TdH-it Project Manager for Education in Emergency and Child Protection Projects. General Job Description Project Cycle Management: assessment, feasibility studies for education in emergency and child protection, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, Project Management: project manager deputy, organization and activities follow up, implementation of educative upgrade trainings (education and child protection); Activities implementation: organize Accelerate Learning Programs and  remedial classes, monitoring and supervising teaches and social workers, organize outreach and awareness campaigns (back to school campaign). Human resources management: social workers and educative staffs, technical supervision to educative staffs.
