Liaison And Security Officer

University degree with at least 7 years of experience in humanitarian aid programs with local or international NGOs or aid agencies. University, Master and other technical studies in humanitarian aid context will be an asset. In the framework of the project ECHO/LBN/BUD/2012/91006, TdH-it is seeking to hire an Liaison and Security officer in order to harmonize the implementation of TdH-it administrative and operation procedures among TdH-it Lebanon head office and the field implementation level. The person in charge should know administrative and operational procedure of different donors and should study TdH-it administrative and operational procedures to be harmonized in one.  Knowledge of ECHO, EU, UN, donors will be an asset. Nevertheless the post in is the framework of the mentioned project and related area (Saida, Tyr, Tripoli) the activities can be extended even in different area in case the same project will scale up in a second phase. General Job Description Financial and administrative: purchase procedures, budget management, narrative and financial reports. Project Cycle Management: assessment, feasibility studies, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, Project: project manager deputy, organization and activities follow up in Saida, Tyr, Tripoli, Alley, Chouf and Bekaa District and All Palestinian Camps Human resources management. Operate as supporting office in Tyr TdH-it head office Knowledge of security procedures (related experience is an asset).
