Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters. Scope of responsibilities: Apply nursing knowledge and skills for patients and/or a population (vaccination, dressing, injections, facilitate examination/diagnosis, prevention) in accordance to the context, to MSF protocols and to universal hygiene standards taking into consideration quality and continuity of care (drugs and equipements,storage, expiry dates, inventories and patient file,transfer of info for relevant members of the medical/paramedical tem) and carry out when necessary a therapeutic education of the patient (and family) using a patient based approach; Ensure a proper triage of patients attending PHC/ANC consultations Ensure the referal of this patients to other spcialized consultations or social workers when required by the GP Support the  GP during his consultations, espescially regarding patient file management and the delivery of medication according to prescriptions. Report immediately/monthly to the direct manager any problem arising in the service, especially the loss/ robbery/damage of medical equipment or medicines, inventories, follow-up of expired drugs and submit consumption figures; Participate in the development of the plan of action.
