Training Coordinator Assistant

 Job Purpose: To assist the training coordinator in the implementation and evaluation of all training activities intended to develop the capacity of LADE to train volunteers Responsibilities: -          Implement the action plan developed by the training coordinator -          Handle communications with the trainers -          Conduct assessments to identify the needs of LADE’s volunteers -          Manage the administrative aspect of the LADE training resource -          Contributes to the development of the training modules. -          Assists the training coordinator in designing and implementing the ToT sessions. -          Provides the needed logistical support for the training activities. -          Maintain the Trainees’ data base. Qualifications: Education -          BA degree in political studies, management or related fields -          Good command of English, and Arabic, French is an asset Experience -          Experience in organizing training or similar activities -          Elections monitoring experience is an advantage Computer Capable of using main computer applications (Microsoft Office Application…). Skills and personal traits -          Very good leadership & communication skills. -          Very good training skills. -          Good organizational skills. -          Ability to commute all over Lebanon -          Ability to work under pressure. -          Ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
