Responsibilities and tasks: Ensure safe and storage of goods, prevent damages. Organize proper stacking of goods according to superior instructions. Control and monitor the labors during loading and offloading. Crosscheck the shipments according to standard procedures and documents. Crosscheck the quantity, quality, possible damages and losses. Ensure damages and losses are reported according to the ICRC Standard Procedures. Follow up of the electricity meter of the warehouses Follow up all working equipments needed to the warehouse and ensure a proper maintenance through the coordination with the Workshop. To provide weekly physical count on all items stored in W/H. To make Quality Control check for all the new incoming shipments To control the expiry dates of the Emergency Medical stock To make sure that the warehouse are secure, locked, safe To provide weekly physical count on all items stored in W/H, and carryout Bin Cards in all stacks after each loading and offloading process and inform supervisor if there is any different Standard Function Description   Handles independently store-keeping activities for ICRC medium/large operation and/or for specific sectors, including store organization Executes various administrative tasks Executes independently monthly and periodical inventories
