Call for Resumes – Lebanon Industry Value Chain Development Program Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI), a global consulting firm based in the United States (www.dai.com), is seeking project staff for the new Lebanon Industry Value Chain Development (LIVCD) Program, a five year activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented under the leadership of DAI.  The LIVCD Project aims to increase the competitiveness of selected value chains, expand the number of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that can compete in selected markets, improve linkages between those firms and other actors throughout the value chain, increase the gross value of products and services in local and export markets, and expand exports.  Activities will take place in the North, South, and Bekaa regions with the main LIVCD office located in Beirut and potentially three regional field offices. Candidates with managerial and technical experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Finance Manager - Requirements: At least 5 years relevant work experience in financial management on USAID-funded programs, private companies, or other organizations; demonstrated understanding of USAID rules and regulations. Basic Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree in related field is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills in English and Arabic.  Experience working with international donors; USAID experience preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced Lebanese citizen.
