Medical Data Entry Clerk - Bekaa

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES In accordance with established IMC policy and procedures, the Medical Data Entry Clerk is responsible to: (A)    The Data Entry Clerk/Certified Medical Coder at the Health Department will be responsible for the data entry, maintenance, and confidentiality for Patient Registration forms. (B)    Shall be responsible to enter approved hospital referrals in an efficient and timely manner. (C)    Shall work in close coordination with health officers at located at Beqaa to ensure patients claim forms and medical reports are collected on daily basis and entered on the system; (D)   The medical data entry clerk will submit, on a daily basis, the list of patients admitted in each office and all the medical and financial information available per admission to help in tracking patients’ admissions. (E)    Assist in developing improved patient records management. (F)    And other related duties as may be assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Academic & Professional Qualifications)   Successful completion of post secondary course of at least one year duration in business and office practice or other related discipline, as well as formal training in operating PCs. :Experience Two years experiences in health clerical work, preferably in hospital settings. Language Good working knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic. Competencies Good knowledge of Windows and other databases like SPSS. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS The applicant should be a resident of Beqaa Area.
