1. Identify persons of concern and organize their entry into UNHCR premises;2. Identify and fast-track persons with protection and other specific needs;3. Coordinate with security team on the management of orderly entry into the building, and reportingsecurity incidents where applicable;4. Counsel refugees and asylum-seekers, providing them with information at reception and in waitingareas, including assistance with completion of application forms;5. Assist with creating, organizing, maintaining physical files, including photocopying of documentationprior to registration interviews;6. Ensure timely and efficient circulation of physical files and other correspondence betweenreception/registration unit and other functional units;7. Schedule appointments for persons of concern, through the hotline or in person8. Any other duty as may be required.
