Administrator (With Logistic Competences)

Administrator (with logistic competences): University degree: in Economics, Administration, Management, and Engineering, fluent English, good written Arabic, confident with Excel, Access and other Data Base, experience of a minimum of 5 years (if in humanitarian aids is an assets).  General Job Description  Prepare Monthly payment: provider, staff payroll; Check the data for the printing of the vouchers; Collect of the related project documents: invoices and bank documents; Preparation and follow up of project contract with different provider; Frequent administrative travel to the field: Saida, Tyr, Tripoli Palestinian refugee camps; Prepare and Implement ECHO TdH-Italy purchase procedures; Prepare project bill of quantity; Arrange all the logistic aspect of the project; Desirable: previous working experience in voucher and items distribution to refugees, or any other similar humanitarian aid projects.
