Researcher On Quality Learning Environment (Qle) Monitoring Indicator

Save the Children has developed a set of core monitoring indicators across five thematic areas that represent much of our programs and activities: child protection, child rights and governance, education, emergencies, and HIV and AIDS.  These indicators are designed to give Save the Children a common language with which to speak about the results our programs achieve for children.  There are three monitoring indicators for education programs, including Access, Literacy and Quality Learning Environment (QLE). The researcher will be primarily responsible to: Plan and manage data collection and reporting activities required to monitor the QLE indicator, including developing a training module for training external enumerators, implementing partners on data collection procedures.
