The person holding this position is also responsible to:   Ensure compliance with the existing finance policies and procedures and develop policies and procedures in areas which are new or where the policies and procedures are not present.  Policies and procedures are to be approved by the local Board of Directors and with AGFUND in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Perform quality and timely Financial, MIS, and other analytical reporting for the Management, CEO, Board of Directors, and other Government Authorities. Create and monitor the budget for the entity, using standardized budget modeling software in coordination with the Operations department, branch managers, and the CEO. Compile and submit high quality, timely and accurate financial and loan portfolio reports to Ibdaa management and donors/shareholders as required; Creating and Managing the Registry of Fix assets. Coordinate with the external auditors with regards to audit of annual financial statements and other certifications Ensure that the reporting performed is in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations of the country. Introduce various cost control initiatives/schemes in the country. Understand and ensure the compliance on prevailing taxation laws and regulations. Develop as much as possible system generated reports and MIS (in line with Ibdaa existing IT and MIS systems) Ensure proper indexing, electronic and physical storage of original company documents including maintaining an inventory or registry of fixed assets and loan files.  To organize ratings of the company To manage cash and debts with the banks and institutional partners Direct all treasury activities through the management of cash and investments. Computer Proficiency Skills
