Field Manager Assistant

The Field Manager Assistant’s main role is to ensure administrative support to the Field Manager both internally with staff and externally with donors and beneficiaries. His/her responsibilities will include conducting field assessment, referral of beneficiaries to relevant services, all administrative issues linked to the program, maintaining proper documentation, organizing logistics around activities and field visits, procurement of goods and services. The Field Manager Assistant will be reporting to the Field Manager and Save the Children, monitoring and evaluating implemented activities and Networking with local stakeholders, partner NGOs and Donors. Job Requirements: At least two years field related experience. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or Economic and Social Sciences or any related field. An understanding of child protection mechanisms A demonstrated  understanding  of  national  development  issues  in particular in relation to children High communication skills Strength in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English, French is an asset Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours, and work with incoming teams in the event of major emergencies Commitment  to  and  understanding  of  Save  the  Children’s  aims,  values  and principles  including rights-based approaches
