Clinical Nurse / Tripoli

Médecins sans Frontières is a non- profit private international association whose main objective is to provide medical and humanitarian assistance to population in distress irrespective of race, religion, creed or political convictions. MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. I-Scope of responsibilities: Ensure nursing care, treatment (despensing the drugs) and follow-up of patients and/or a population in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions; Manage efficiently the dispensary and medical equipment: drugs orders, follow-up of the stock, storage conditions, inventories, submit consumption figures. Performing dressing, Injections when needed and manage the dressing room in term of needs, consumables and renewable supplies according to MSF Standards; Ensure a proper and organized collection of data on timely manner; Respect of universal hygiene standards and according to context.   Experience required: 2 to 3 years Education degree: Bachelor Degree Field of education: Minimum 2 years experience in governmental or private hospital as a nurse is required; Previous experience with nongovernmental organizations as a nurse is a strong asset.
