Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions, on 6 month contracts, for its Lebanon Country Office, in the following locations Beirut, Tripoli, Akkar and Bekaa:
Finance and Grants Officers – 2 vacancies: Beirut – 12 month position and Roving – 6 month position
To support the Finance team in Beirut and the other Field offices. Assist in collating the financial data and providing necessary support to the budget holders. The Roving position will travel around the field offices, supporting the teams on all financial and grants issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent certification and professional accounting experience)
Minimum 2 years accounting experience with proven experience and understanding of internal controls, finance and grants management
Strong computer skills, especially on Accounting software packages; MS word and Excel
Very good written and spoken English and Arabic languages and communication skills
