Hr/admin Officer

Job summary: To provide support to the Finance/HR Director in various aspects of HR, administration, and internal audit requirements.   Responsibilities:   Assists the Finance/HR Director in the preparation of monthly payroll (international/national staff).    Assists in preparing/reviewing monthly timesheets for national/international staff.    Responsible for  the payroll software, i.e. calculation of monthly salaries   Fills out/reviews/monitors all requests for leaves submitted by staff.  Prepares/files monthly "vacation/leave" report.   Ensures filing of all evaluations, job descriptions, CVs, COS’s, etc. and are up to date and in accordance with protocol.   Is responsible for preparing/filing, checking of all service agreements, employment contracts, consultancy contracts, along with necessary back-up documentation (JDs, COSs)  Is responsible for posting on-line job vacancies, receiving all new applications and interviewing.  Ensure telephone bills are checked, tracked and relevant staff reimburse for any personal calls made. Checks/files the attendance finger print out records on a daily basis.  Ensures all timesheets are signed and filed accordingly. Assists in Audit schedule preparation and relevant follow up. Conducts in-house training at the request of the Finance/HR Director to relevant staff members  Receives and monitors any staff training requests  Assists in streamlining processes for new start up offices e.g. Bekaa to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.   Manage travel bookings - hotels, flights, etc.   Other relevant tasks assigned by the Finance /HR Director.       Personnel Qualifications: Previous experience in a HR role essential, Language skills (Arabic & English), Ability to work as part of a small team within an expanding organization, ability to work under pressure, understanding  of Lebanese Labor Laws.
